Sissel Eikeland Husebø is a professor of Nursing Science at the Centre for Resilience in Healthcare, University of Stavanger and Stavanger University Hospital, Stavanger, Norway. She has a PhD in simulation and has researched teamwork, team training in the health service, simulation-based learning and patient experiences in hospitals for several years.

Karina Aase is a professor of Patient Safety at the Centre for Resilience in Healthcare, University of Stavanger and an adjunct professor of Health Services Research at Centre for Care Research, Norwegian University of Science and Technology, Norway. Aase’s research topics cover resilience, learning, patient care transitions, and teamwork in a variety of empirical settings. Aase has led national and international research projects and is an experienced PhD-supervisor.
