Randi Ballangrud is an associate professor of Nursing Science at the Center for Resilience in Healthcare, University of Stavanger, and Department of Health Sciences in Gjøvik, Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), Norway. She got her PhD at the Karlstad University, Sweden. Her main research area covers patient safety culture, team performance and team training in a variety of settings.
