BSAH Conference in Stavanger, November 29-30, 2024
on November 29 and 30, 2024, Tools4teams researchers brought their innovative work to Stavanger, joining fellow healthcare scientists at the 18th International Meeting on Behavioural Science Applied to Healthcare (BSAH)
Tools4Teams Winter School, in Stavanger, November 26-28. 2024
During the three days of Winter School 2, participants explored topics like complex systems approaches to teamwork, debriefing techniques, and statistical analyses. The program also included hands-on scenario simulations and sessions on personal leadership skills.
Tools4Teams Spring School in Bonn, June 26-28, 2024
During the Tools4Teams Spring School, Doctoral candidates learned about current tools for teamwork evaluation and training across various clinical settings, including automated tools for measuring individual and team non-technical skills in simulated surgical team training and live procedures.
Tools4Teams Winter School 1, Olten, November 28-30, 2023
The first Tools4Teams Winter School took place in the snow-covered town of Olten, Switzerland. Courses and workshops covered teamwork aspects, non-technical skills, shared mental models, and resilience. But also safety, qualitative and quantitative research methods, simulation-based training, and effective presentation and writing skills.
BSAS conference in Olten, December 1 & 2, 2023
As part of their doctoral programme, the candidates were required to attend the International Meeting on Behavioural Science Applied to Surgery and Acute Care (BSAS) that took place December 1 & 2, 2023 in Olten, Switzerland. The conference was centered around Behavioral Sciences and Teamwork across various clinical and healthcare settings.
Kick-off meeting in Amsterdam, September 21, 22, 2023
On the 21st and 22nd of September, the Tools4Teams kick-off meeting took place in Amsterdam, with the newly recruited doctoral candidates, their supervisors, and other associated partners. This was the first meeting in person with most of the Doctoral Candidates and all the Principal Investigators.
Annual meeting of the international BSAS network
On December 2nd and 3rd, 2022, the annual meeting of the international BSAS Network took place at Herlev Hospital in Copenhagen.
