Sandra Keller is a post doctoral researcher at Bern University and Bern University Hospital in Switzerland, in the department of visceral surgery and medicine. Sandra has a background in work and organizational Psychology and earned her PhD at the University of Neuchâtel (Switzerland). Her main research interest is teamwork in the operating room. Her research focuses on how distractions, noise, tensions and communication impact the way interprofessional teams work together and perform.
