Professor Tanja Manser is Director of the School of Applied Psychology FHNW, Olten, Switzerland. She is an international expert on team performance in healthcare and its relationship to patient safety and clinician well-being. She also holds a position as Foreign Adjunct Professor at CLINTEC, Karolinska Institutet, Stockholm, Sweden.
